Kisa has more than 18 years of insurance experience serving Metro Atlanta. Before insurance, she spent 16 years at IBM, bringing an analytical, problem-solving perspective to each client conversation.
As an independent agency owner, Kisa works for her clients rather than one insurance company, helping people consider coverage options with care and clarity.

Michelle brings 20 years of insurance back-office experience across life insurance, long-term care, and annuities. Her work in policy administration, operations, compliance, and client advocacy helps keep every client experience considered and organized.
